If you don't know much about computers, you might as well stop reading right now.

Somehow I got a virus or something that created a 'User' on the Windows login screen. I've run a few different password reset disks, but the username 'User' doesn't show up on any of the lists. I still think there's got to be a way around it so I've been holding off on backing everything up and wiping it clean.

Does anybody have any ideas at all?
