I know that when someone wins, u say to e-mail them their address info so u can send them their prize, but how do u guys actually verify that it's indeed the same person who won?

Like what's stopping a guy who didn't win from e-mailing CP and giving his address info, saying that he was one of the guys u announced as a winner?

I alrerady made a thread about this but it somehow got erased
