Silva to permanently move to light heavyweight?

According to this articleSilva seeks new horizons - UFC - Yahoo! Sports, Ed Soares proposed a permanent move for Silva to light heavyweight to Dana White. I don't know how that would work when Silva has already said he would never fight Lyoto. It's tough to see him not fighting for the belt if he did move up. The article also says that Silva would vacate his middleweight belt. Interesting stuff..if its true.
