Default Putting together a weekly MMA training routine

So I'm trying to get into top shape before joining an MMA club. I'm looking for help putting together a weekly routine. I go to a regular gym with your typical equipment. (free weights, exercise machines, medicine balls, ect.)

Know of a day-by-day program or just a good one day session?
Do you have links to existing programs?
