Last Nights TUF: 10/7/09

Last night had this seasons best fight yet. Awesome choke and all around good fight.

Here's some random rankings of who's up or down in the TUF house:

Kimbo -17: Was it just me or is Kimbo trying to get his mug on TV whenever he can? His "I'll fight if you won't!" comment was ill timed. Annoying, with the chance of getting more annoyong.

Rampage -241: WTF? ABANDOINING YOUR FIGHTER AFTER HE LOSES? Look, it was clear form the last time 'Page was on TUF that he's no great coach. Some folks take to that roll, some don't. Not a knock on Rampage, really, it's not his strong suit. But Rampage doesn't even have the decency to support his own team? And then shouts that they're "too green"? This looks to me that for Rampage, the show is all about Rampage. Selfish and self-centered. No wonder his team can't win a match.

Rashad +300: ...a nice round number (like "Big Country"!). I've only been on the Rashad band wagon for the past year, but the more I see of him on TUF, the more I like him. This week he displayed great leadership skills, strategy, heart and compassion. When he went over to Rampage's defeated fighter and spoke to him and gave him encouragement....man, that was really big of Rashad and made Rampage look so small. And you know what? I don't think for a minute that he did that for the cameras. That looked totally sincere. What a class act.

Also, all the time that Rashad spent one-on-one sparring and training with his fighters? Awesome coaching. Could you imagine the chance to train one-on-one with a former UFC champ? And he seems so sincere that he wants to give back to these fighters. Meanwhile, everytime I see Rampage he's warming a bench while the team works out.

"Snitch" -587: Could this guy be more of an idiot? Telling the other team your whole strategy and then thinking it's not a big deal? What a colassal moron.
