Why Alot of Striking in MMA makes me sick:

Hermes Franca: I got a lot of respect for fighters but SERIOUSLY: Let's not lie. why is this dude in the UFC? His striking is HORRIBLE. I almost puked during that fight. His form is disgusting, purely disgusting. He made Tyson Griffin look good at striking. He looks like a kid on a playground. Some highlights:
-4min 50seconds, wait for it = Hands flail WIDE whilst throwing a leg kick.
-8min 24seconds, Hermes with a really technical flurry of brilliantly accurate punches.
-8min 34seconds, whiff whiff whiff, hes really using the weight of his arm well.
-9min 02seconds, Rogan tells it like it is.
-9min 19sec, whiff.
-9min 49sec, Awesome combo from Griffin.
-10min30sec, Great uppercut there, Hermes.
-10min53sec, whiff whiff.
-10min59sec, Hermes tries the 1-2 but his back foot is off the ground (thats how you throw your first punch ever..like in your life) and Rogan tells it like is AGAIN: "There isn't a boxing coach alive that could correct that."
11min02sec, BAM peace out Hermes.

To Hermes- try to get it to the ground next time man, a good chin ain't that good.
