Default Training Progression for upcoming Fight

I have been concentrating on conditioning for this fight. I will be damned if I gas in 12 minutes. I have my workouts setup like rounds, but I have been doing 5min. rounds instead of three. I keep moving constantly and make my transitions from machiene to machiene as quickly as possible. I alreadr feel rock hard and my abs are showing again.
Here is my question, Should I only do 5 rounds or should I do the 40 to65 min like I like doing?
